The Friends’ Committee has agreed to purchase several items for use by the Museum’s Education Department. These include a replica Roman helmet, replica Roman armour, Roman shield and equipment for the Mini Mammoths pre-school sessions.
The Mini Mammoths sessions are a very popular, whole museum experience for children aged 1-5 discover, play, connect and learn. They take place on Fridays 10:30 – 11:30am at the Museum.
