The Museum Service has now taken over running of the Café. A new Head Chef has been appointed and a new menu devised including hot food.
The Museum has hung a number of pictures from its collection on the walls of the café. The Friends have made a contribution to the cost of refurbishing some of the frames and for the framing of several not previous exhibited items.
Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. Additional opening on Sundays and Mondays during Shropshire School Holidays. Members of the Friends receive a small discount on production of a valid membership card.
