Shrewsbury Town Crier for 40 years Martin Wood is the world’s tallest, and the UK’s second longest serving Town Crier and to celebrate his 40th Anniversary the Museum is hosting an exhibition in the Community Gallery.
This exhibition is organised and curated by Katy Rink of My Shrewsbury Magazine and Maggie Love of Shrewsbury Summer Season. The portrait by Jacob Gourley has been purchased for the Museum by the “Friends” and financial help has been provided for the exhibition launch.
